These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media management, PPC campaigns, content marketing, website design, and related services . By engaging with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Services

  • We will provide digital marketing services as outlined in the agreed proposal, contract, or service package.

  • Any additional services not specified will require a new agreement or an additional fee.

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for service execution.

2. Payments & Fees

  • All fees are payable as per the agreed contract or invoice.

  • Payments are due in advance unless otherwise specified.

  • Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.

  • Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide access to necessary accounts, platforms, and resources (e.g., website, hosting, analytics, social media).

  • The client is responsible for ensuring all materials provided (logos, content, images) are free from copyright infringement.

  • The client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their business and online presence.

4. Performance & Guarantees

  • We will use best practices and industry-standard strategies to deliver results.

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., ranking positions, sales conversions, or follower counts).

  • Results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control, such as search engine algorithms, ad platform policies, and market conditions.

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information.

  • Data provided by the client will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All creative work (designs, campaigns, strategies, and content) produced by us remains our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with [30 days] written notice.

  • No refunds will be provided for services already delivered or campaigns already initiated.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in case of non-payment, breach of terms, or unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the service in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Haryana.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
